That's a Misumena vatia. I used to have a female one, bright yellow, as a pet! They are remarkable little creatures! The don't usually make traditional web's. They use their camouflage and hide on the flowers and then bite and insert a paralysing venom with enzymes that dissolve the interior of the hunted, Yellow Killer II by  Vasco then they just suck it till the only thing left is the exoskeleton Misumena vatia After Lunch by  Vasco .

I agree with the comments above, it could be sharper and playing a little with the contrast levels could also improve, the composition is nice.

Sharpness as already mentioned is key.
